WCW Birthday Event update:
With less than two weeks to go to our Birthday Event, it's time to thank our sponsors and prize providers and announce some of the prizes available:
Our main event sponsor is Upgrade Bikes who are providing a Lezyne Classic Brass Bell to everyone who pre-enters and a Lezyne Rap 6 tool to each category prize as well as some DMR socks for category prizes.
Free hot drinks and cupcakes will be provided by Cuppa Cakes all day from sign on until everyone is back.
Endura have provided a tube of chamois cream for each of the category prizes.
Finish Line have provided a sample bottle of wet and another of dry chain lube as well as two sample bottles of pedal and cleat lube for each participant.
CamelBak, Zwift and Elite have provided bottles to go into the category prizes.
Mars and Torq have provided energy products for everyone.
Everyone will also get a keyring and sticker pack from companies like Shimano/Park Tool/Hope Technology/Kryptonite/FSA/Silverfish/Maxxis.
We would also like to remind those of you who want to do the event but have not yet pre-entered that the goody bags for entering will be prioritised for those who have pre-entered, and although we do have extra of many things and can guarantee that everyone who takes part will get something, the best items will go to pre-entries first. Currently the pre-entry goody bag contains (we are adding more things as we can) : 1x Lezyne Classic Brass bell (RRP £13), 1x 19ml sample bottle of wet lube, 1x 19ml sample bottle of dry lube, 2x 19ml sample bottle of pedal and cleat lube, 1x energy bar, 1x Keyring, 1x Sticker pack containing at least six individual stickers and one sticker sheet.
