Honest impartial advice and high quality service work.

Wareham Cycleworks is a bike shop focused on customer service and high quality service work. Born when the 3 employees of Cyclexperience bought the business in April 2017, there has been a bike shop based at Wareham train station since 2008. Graham has been there since the very beginning with Paul starting a few weeks later and Simon joining the team in 2012.

From the very start we have been focused on our workshop and the mechanical skills of Graham and Paul. We have built a LOT of wheels for our own customers and for other local shops that don't have an in-house wheelbuilder (we have a lot of experience with plus and fat wheels!). We can also tackle Di2 diagnosis and customisation, fork and shock servicing, bike fitting, removal of seized seatposts as well as all the usual run of the mill jobs (frame pivot bearing replacement, bottom brackets, gear and brake adjustments, brake bleeds etc). For more information on the workshop (including pricing) please hit the link at the top of the page.

We recently sent Paul on the Bosch E-Bike course so we are now a Bosch service centre able to tackle diagnosis, repair and firmware updates on any Bosch equipped e-bike.

We are a single brand store for bikes, we are only dealing with Trek at this point to ensure that we have access to a good range of bikes at various price points and the ability to provide you with whatever type of bike suits your needs the best. This is not the same as a concept store - we are fully independent and have chosen Trek as we believe the products are great and they are willing to work with us to expand the number of bikes we have on the shop floor during our first few years.

For clothing we continue to work with Endura, a great British cycle clothing company as we have done for many years and will do for many years to come. Endura products are great and the pricing is always very reasonable for the quality of product. Our other key brands are Lezyne, Park Tool, Giro, Light & Motion as well as Shimano, SRAM and all the others you would expect.

We are also now part of the Zwift Experience Dealer program, come on down and try our Elite trainer setup with feedback for that realistic hill feeling.
